Over the years I have seen this process work for many people that have gone onto to achieve the extraordinary in their lives and professions. They have been able to overcome the personal and professional barriers that kept them from achieving what they always dreamed of.

Take for example a professional tennis player who climbed the rankings very quickly only to see it all fall away in a very short period of time. Through effective coaching she was empowered to change the way she thought and played the game, which gave her the right to sit today amongst the best tennis players in the world. This has also been the case with top athletes (and their parents), CEOs’, business owners, sports teams and people from other walks of life.

The coaching I offer is effective because I have learnt to sharpen my skills to be able to see and demonstrate the necessary process that an individual walks through in order to bring their vision into reality. This skill has been successful many times over in real life, with real people, producing real results.

The process is best described by author CS Lewis when he talks about suffering through a toothache and avoiding the dentist, because the dentist is not going to limit his activity to the one painful tooth, the dentist will work on the entire mouth full of teeth, beginning with the bothersome one.  Effective Coaching is comprehensive in the same way. It is not merely about the techniques of the game, climbing up a couple of ranking notches, earning that extra dollar, or securing that new position or relationship. It is all about discovering how life works best for you.

Raw talent shines best in the life of someone who has been coached effectively and holistically, and the product of that is enduring and life changing success.
