One thing all of the top athletes and individuals I have had the privilege of working with knew what they wanted and that was to go further than they had been before.
Unfortunately this want lacked the clarity and shape that is necessary to create and activate the process to make this vision a reality.
As I looked more closely into their lives I discovered that their energy and resources were being used up in things that were creating much action but very little motion and progress.
This reality applies to most people today. Many of us don’t have the time to think about what we would like to accomplish or even become. We are too busy living reactive lives dictated by things around us that are urgent and not really important. Frustration is a common friend to us, as we know there is so much more to our lives than we are currently experiencing.
